    Batch counselling

    The voice session and a written report for every student. The department gets the batch picture in aggregate.

Stated plainly

  • No placement, salary or hiring guarantees. We build direction and evidence; hiring stays with employers.
  • Faculty co-teach. The aim is capability that stays on campus after we leave.
  • Students own their data. Your department sees totals for the cohort, never an individual report or transcript, and only for students who join.
  • Minimum batch sizes and lead times are agreed per programme before anything is scheduled.
  • We sit beside your syllabus. Nothing we teach competes with it for the same hours.
